The club rooms were upgraded to a spacious family suite with a amazing balcony view. The rooms were well-equipped and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was warm, polite, and always greeted us with a smile. The assistance with taxis and shuttle service made getting around easy. a must-visit place for a calming and rejuvenating weekend getaway.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel had decent rooms with a nice view of the valley. the staff was helpful and attentive to our needs. the activities offered inside the hotel kept my kids busy and engaged. It was also great that they had private parking available. Being away from the busy city center made it peaceful.
The approach to the hotel was scary and dangerous. the road leading to the hotel was steep and narrow, making it unsafe for inexperienced drivers.

The location in the forests near rivulets flowing down a hill was perfect for a quiet retreat away from the bustling city. The views from our room were amazing, and we enjoyed the clean facilities and delicious breakfast.
There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. The satellite TV was not working properly , but this did not detract from our overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this venue. The location amidst the pine trees, down a hill, in the valley, was absolutely stunning. It felt like being deep in the mountains. The service was excellent, with prompt room service and helpful staff. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as ironing facilities and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed having a sitting area and dining table in the room. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable and we appreciated the free toiletries and hair dryer provided. The electric kettle was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy hot beverages in the comfort of our room. The flat-screen TV and AM/FM alarm clock added to the convenience. The dining options were great, and the staff went above and beyond to cater to our requests. we highly recommend this hotel to families.

Nested in a serene valley, this resort offers complete seclusion from the city rush. the spacious and clean rooms, coupled with helpful staff provide an enjoyable stay. the free pick-up and drop-off to the railway station adds to the convenience. Guests commend the food from their restaurant and bar, with a wide variety of options. the natural surroundings are stunning with breathtaking views of lush green hills.
The hotel is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which may not appeal to those seeking a vibrant nightlife or quick city access.

Stayed at a hotel in the mountains for xmas. The hotel offered stunning views of the surrounding nature and their breakfast was very tasty. the hotel was very close to some hiking trails which was perfect for our adventurous family. We also appreciated the offered transportation to and from the airport, as it was very convenient for us.
Although the hotel was beautiful, their staff was not very friendly and we had a difficult time communicating with them due to a language barrier. We also found the room to be smaller than expected and we had some issues with the temperature control in the room.
